THE POSITIONAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Inspection & Real Estate unit, you will be joining a Sales team focused on outbound outreach to introduce multiple software platforms that support different businesses connected to the Home Inspection Market.
You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team in scaling sales operations.
You will join a small team where you will directly input into the go-to-market strategy.
WHAT YOU DODevelop new business via mass communication such as email, SMS,



and phone to introduce our SaaS solution within the target market.Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and passing off qualified opportunities to the sales team.Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospects.WHAT TO EXPECT:Quick recruitment process through video calls.Pay rate: MXN 111.00 an hour.Ramping Period Bonus: MXN $5,500 average.Average Performer Bonus: MXN $7,400 to MXN $9,250.Training: paid initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in your role and career.Career path: this is only the beginning!

Spend more time at home, where your family needs you!WHAT YOU BRING:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed.Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment.Prior lead generation experience.Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate.1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience specifically with B2B.Experience with Salesforce.Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas.Coachable with an appetite to seek and,
