**Responsibilities**
**IT LATAM Commercial Salesfoce Dev Coordinator**
**Main Purpose**
- The Develop & Delivery Lead is responsible for estimate, plan, execute and deliver IT Projecs, assess and mitigate risks and be the point of contact (POC) for stakeholders._
- Lead internal and external resources for the project,
ensure the development of high quality deliverables, assit team members to remove impediments and escalate risks._

- _ Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership with value driven decision making_
- _ Assure quality of the deliverables with a continuous improvement culture_

**Qualifications**
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- 1.
Proven 2+ years working on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
- Agile project management using Azure Devops / JIRA
- Deep Commercial processes experience, preferableCPG industry
- Excellent oral and written English proficiency
- Full project lifecycles using agile methodologies
- Proven record to lead large teams (12+ FTEs) as project lead/manager
- Experience managing and controlling budget over $1MM USD
- Comfort in ambiguity - Adaptability in less-structured environments (able to "jump in" and contribute even when facts are not yet 100% clear); ability to quickly figure out solutions to complex issues
- Is persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, can shift gears easily, is willing to take on new challenges and works to resolve issues
- Communication and presentation advanced skills to address all audiences including senior leads
