**About the Role**:
In these opportunities as **Data Consent Product Manager** you will:
Product Oversight:

- Provide oversight for product discovery, integration, migration, testing activities, and compliance/issue management activities related to consent management.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and migration while maintaining consent compliance.
- Manage and address issues that arise during the product development lifecycle.
- Establish and manage consent product milestones for development activities.
- Define clear objectives and timelines for each milestone, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Regularly evaluate progress against milestones and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
Input to Program Timeline and Consent Product Roadmap:

- Contribute valuable insights and recommendations to the program timeline and consent product roadmap.
- Work closely with architecture teams to align consent integration activities with overall program goals and timelines and enterprise tech stack.
- Ensure that the consent management integration roadmap reflects business needs and regulatory requirements.
Technical Direction on Consent Features and Functionalities:

- Drive and own technical conversations with business functions regarding consent and preference management requirements and solutions.
Provide clear technical direction on consent product features and functionalities.




- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge communication gaps and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.
- Act as a technical liaison between the development team and business units.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure that the consent product meets both technical standards and user experience expectations.
**About You**:
You're a fit for the role of Data Consent Product Manager if you meet all or most of these criteria:

- A minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager, with experience implementing products focused on privacy, consent, and preference management (e.g., OneTrust Modules)




- Demonstrated interest in privacy and data protection as evidenced by completion of IAPP courses and/or relevant certifications or technical background (e.g., CIPT, CDPSE, CISSP, CISM).
- Demonstrable experience and expertise delivering guidance to educate users and tooling to execute on associated best practices - preferably in the context of privacy, security, and compliance.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional data protection regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementing standardized consent controls within a technology-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data privacy.
