- Coordination of shipments, depending on the Incoterm used.
- Handling of shipments.
- Operational and administrative communication with customers.
- Operational and administrative communication with international transportation suppliers.
- Invoice management with suppliers.
- Supplier management, depending on the specific needs of each client.
- Effective and timely communication with customers.
- Performance metrics for internal and external reviews of each client.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities with clients served.
- Attention and follow-up of administrative issues with clients.
