**FS Sales Support Analyst**

The FS Sales Support Analyst role supports FS PEP Field selling teams and their customers/distributors.
Primary responsibility is full ownership and maintenance of the PACMAN system which houses all PEP FS contracts, EDI order transmission and customer/distributor information.
Responsibilities for PACMAN system ownership include; act as admin to system, approve accesses, assist in refreshing annual contracts, collaborate with finance partners on new templates for sales contracts,
troubleshoot issues Frontline Sales employees encounter, quality testing to identify opportunities and request any upgrade/changes to system.
Additionally, this role serves as the sole trainer to new team members on the PACMAN and various other systems (Salesforce, PCC, CET, DPL) across FS sales, finance and trade spending team members.
**Accountabilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Education/requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support/Customer Management/Business administration
- Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration.
Masters' degree is a plus
- Excellent English Language and overall communication skills
- Highly tech savvy and ability to use/learn internal and external sales systems
- Experience training or transferring technical knowledge to others (i.e., on-boarding new hires to apps/system)
- Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask,
set priorities and plan
- Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
- Strong Change Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency and superior customer service
- Independent working & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
