As an IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST IV, you will contribute to the achievement of business objectives through mixed project management methodologies that deliver results to the customer's agreed upon expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Knowledgeable about Project management methodology and understands and applies project management best practices.
- Manages medium/moderate complexity projects independently (typically small to medium expense projects) or with some supervision or manages portions of larger projects to support senior staff.
- Assists the project/program manager to manage and maintain data used for project execution, management, and reporting.
- Identifies project risk.
- Leads small teams with coaching and raises conflict issues to project leadership.
**Qualifications**
- A 4-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of IT or a related discipline Project Management experience.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
Proficient in English.
- Must have a strong systems and process orientation.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face to face time with colleagues and Managers.
- Must be able to work without close supervision.
- Self-starter with a dedication to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Possess the ability and desire to foster the development of junior team members.
