**Product Owner/ Project Management Loyalty**

**Which is the main objective of this role?
**





The Loyalty Product Owner is a member of the Consumer Engagement team responsible for defining the Loyalty strategy within JOY ecosystem (different platforms such as web, app, conversational and metaverse) to help to grow the business while delivering value to consumers.
The rol implies to lead the implementation of features in the Program Increment planning (PI) and look for new ways to innovate and engage JOY communities.
**What will you be doing?
**

The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Team who is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
As a member of the extended Product Management function, the PO is the team's primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy.




This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the Solution.
As a Loyalty PO its focus will be in Loyalty Strategy and all related features.
**PO´s accountability**:

- Conecting with the customer to deliver value in each iteration and PI ceremonies.
- Contributing to the vision and roadmap creation for the loyalty program leading the Agile teams to deliver solutions.
- Managing and prioritizing the team backlog to ensure it is pursuing business objectives and the Agile team is aligned.
- Work with main stakeholders and partners to be aligned to the loyalty strategy and deliverables (Product Manager, RTE, Product owners and Scrum Masters).
**Specific role accountability (Loyalty PO)**:

- Lead Loyalty Strategy and differentiation proposal in JOY ecosystem platforms ensuring there is a roadmap for implementation and defined KPIs.




- Ensure engagement within JOY by having 500k monthly unique active users and 600k unique users participating in brand programs.
- Lead the delivery of the loyalty strategy in terms of thecnology (PEPCommerce integration), financial model and value for consumers (diferenciated proposal to drive loyalty).
- Manage and implement PEPCommerce tool to ensure teams are aligned to the new way of working.
- Lead the strategy for customers in terms of rewards catalog, content and communities.
- Work with Porduct Manager to set roadmaps and prioritization of features for PIs.
- Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle to deliver value and a frictionless usage within JOY.
- Work with brands to set the strategy for brands within JOY in terms of Loyalty, ensuring value for consumers.




- Ensure sustainability within JOY regarding programs activation, investments and points.
- Support JOY brand initiatives and strategy ensuring execution.
- Keep a competency landascape for JOY to set differentiation and value in the market (Share of platforms use).
- Establish partnerships to elevate the experience within JOY and deliver value to users.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?

Skilled executive with understanding of massive consumer goods industry end-to-end value chain and commercial processes.
Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams on Agile framework compliance.
**Educational**:

- Professional / Bachelor in Marketing, Information Technology, Bachelor in Business, Economics or related.
- Diploma
