**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Work with hiring managers and to fill open requisitions for a wide range of non-exempt positions.
- Provide hiring managers with up-to-date recruiting status activity on regular basis.
- Recommend alternative solutions to difficult to fill positions.
- Provide offer recommendations and drive the offer negotiation process reviewing multiple factors: market pressures, internal equity, business need.
- Provide work leadership to less experienced team members.
- Being obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position: from beginning to end, you master the hiring process and prove that you are a valuable asset to the company.
- Partnering with business leaders to determine staffing needs.
Building valued and trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers.
- Proactively developing talent pipeline, seeking out talent, nurturing relationships, assessing talent for organizational 'fit' ahead of business demand to meet strategic talent goals.
- Being responsible for partnering with all roles and at all levels in the organization.
Must be strategic and tactical to achieve desired results.
- Being a strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting.
- Being eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- 5+ years of experience in high volume recruiting
- 3+ years of leadership experience,
either in recruitment or in a customer service oriented role
- Fully fluent or bilingual in English
- Confidence to work with management at all levels
- Commitment to delivering exceptional recruiting and hiring experiences for our hires
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
