Before you start to manage an account, we'll make sure you're prepared, so don't worry about that.
*
*
Once you are indeed prepared, though, here's what we'll expect from you:
*

- Audit the client's accounts.
- Create Strategy Documents (Campaign Calendars, Flow Plans, Automation Plans, Popup Plans, etc.)
- Do front end QA of all the assets that are created in your accounts.
- Review metrics and adjust for future asset creation processes.
- Weekly review the audiences and the timing of the shipments for the following week and adjust if necessary.
- Collaborate with the technical team in the account migration plan.
- Execute, create and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage all internal daily communication with your team.
Your team needs to understand what the client wants and needs precisely.
