You will report to our Mexican leadership and Global CMO lead our entire marketing function in Mexico.

**The Role**
You will be joining our Marketing team, **reporting to **Jairo Morales**, our COO Mexico, and **Baxter Denney**, our Global CMO,** to build a strong **inbound marketing** revenue stream, lead a high-performing team and execute strategic projects, **collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams.

**The Mission**
For our next stage of growth we are looking for a strong B2B Marketing leader to drive the Mexican marketing function in close collaboration with senior internal stakeholders.
**You will lead a team of 12 professionals and focus, among other things, on efficient strategies centered around MQLs and increasing inbound deals.
**
**Key Objectives**
- **
Execute a customer acquisition-focused marketing strategy** to increase company revenue in different segments, using the global marketing strategy and adapting to the Mexican market.
- ** Create, lead and execute strategic B2B marketing projects **with a high impact on growing company revenue - across different segments.
- Target the best channels and tactics to **build the network of prospects and customers.

**Qualifications**:
**What will help you succeed**
- Experience in successful **execution of full lifecycle marketing** (demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, content/PR/brand) - strong focus on inbound marketing, customer acquisition, preferably in a SaaS setting.
- Proven track record in **developing and executing B2B marketing strategy **(from defining strategy through to execution, measuring results and iteration), meeting ambitious revenue targets with significant growth.
While this role is centered around B2B, some B2C experience to round off your profile would be ideal.
- Ability to execute while managing budgets and maximizing ROI - high efficiency focus
- Track record in **multiple market segments** with a solid understanding of their specifics.
- Excellent **team** **leadership** and **strong entrepreneurial skills**, doer spirit with strategic acumen.
- Experience in building **successful cooperation with service providers, **e.g.
call centers.
- ** CRM experience** (ideally Salesforce)
- ** Fluent** **English** and **Spanish** to smoothly communicate in an international environment.
