How will you make an impact in this role?

- Build a deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition function, digesting all the content of every meeting (staffs, Business Unit Reviews, Townhalls, etc.) and using that information proactively.
- Lead and own screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment.
- Own all the requisition steps in Taleo, know key dates being able to act accordingly, from the assignment date to the pre-offer stage and steps in to solve any challenges related to the post-offer process.
- Ensure that the selection process is conducted according to the profile discussed in Strategic Hiring Discussions and with the latest alignments.
- Lead calibrations in a successful manner,



feels comfortable asking HLs to stick to competency-based questions, guides the conversation in an assertive way.
- Work with Hiring Leaders to achieve hiring and headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, and provide feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisions.
- Build a strong relationship with hiring leaders at all levels.
- Gain external insights on the niche, function, and industry of their request and adapts their strategy accordingly.
- Use the current GTA Reporting suite to create and facilitate updates that add value to their stakeholders in alignment with the Hiring Strategy.
- Bring the right talent to our hiring leaders ensuring the profile meets the requirements of the positions being hired.

Minimum Qualifications

- Fully bilingual in English.




- Minimum 2 years of experience within recruitment activities such as: sourcing, screening, interviews, for specialized roles, preferably bilingual roles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Segment and industry-specific knowledge.
- Ability to effectively maintain relationships.
- Ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting TA processes.
- Ability to make logical decisions in a complex environment.
- Ability to work in a high-changing environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Adherence to policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Understanding of relevant recruitment metrics.
- Ability to manage internal and external communications.
