This is a remote position.
**Experience**:- Proven experience in IT industries.- Relevant work experience in project management, preferably at least 2 years.
**Responsibilities**:- Plan, execute, and supervise projects from start to finish.- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation.- Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently and adaptably (preferred).- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies.- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity.- Proactively and efficiently resolve problems, maintaining project momentum.- Demonstrate strong leadership skills,
inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines.- Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting professional development and training within the team.- Use a strategic approach to guide project development and execution, aligning it with organizational objectives.
**Requirements**:- English Level Intermediate Mandatory.- Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments.- Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level).- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities.- Ability to lead teams and motivate team members.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.- Experience in risk management and ability to anticipate and address potential issues.- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.- Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.- Knowledge and experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum,
Kanban, Lean, etc.
