and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Control Analyst.Job Description:Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Control Analyst (PCA) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, harmonizing, and managing project control processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring financial integrity across projects.
This role requires strong financial management expertise, proficiency with ERP systems, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Process Development and Continuous ImprovementDevelop and harmonize PCA processes and workflows.Support continuous improvement initiatives on PCA and finance-related topics.Actively engage in lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive PCA lessons learned.Ensure compliance with global standards for project controls.Financial Analysis and ManagementActively track and manage PCA KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Perform financial analysis, including budget deviations, and identify root causes.Manage, track,
and provide analysis on support contracts and projects (sales, forecasts, estimates to complete, actuals, cost reconciliations, risks, and opportunities).Deliver monthly financial close for assigned business units by country and address exceptions proactively.Support invoicing and cash collection for projects and support contracts.ERP and Data ManagementEnter and maintain all project financial data in the ERP system, including orders, invoicing, budgets, and purchase requisitions.Align P6 project budgets with 'as sold' data in the ERP system.Act as a liaison with various teams, including Quality, Comm Ops, Finance, and Sales, to ensure an end-to-end approach to project controls.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to track, manage,
and provide analysis of financial aspects of projects.Collaborate with regional and global teams to align best practices with global quality and standards.Participate in project reviews as part of Leader Standard Work to ensure consistent application of project control methodologies.Qualifications:Fluency in English.Proven experience as an SAP Super User (preferred)
