Manager - C13 - HEREDIAControllers Systems & Data Operations (CSDO) Ledger Data Operations is seeking an experienced professional whose core responsibility will be to manage data maintenance processes across multiple Ledger platforms (from General Ledgers to Reporting Ledgers).
This position will report to the CSDO Ledger Data Operations head and will work to stabilize and upgrade processes, work with business and technology to ensure delivery of capabilities within data management.
The role is a strategic position within CSDO Ledgers team and will require significant partnership with other global teams and global process owners including Corporate, Technology, Country Finance,
FCE and other Controllers Group.The role will be a key leader in the Controllers / CSDO organization.
Key responsibilities are to manage teams to:Partner with stakeholders and global CSDO to define and implement Globally & Locally initiated Process Improvement InitiativesLead and ensure compliance to global model and delivery by all areas within CSDOLead the Data Operations / Maintenance team to support various Global Initiatives and daily BAU operations for Ledger platforms such as Full Suite, Pearl, Operating Ledgers, etc.Strengthen the maintenance operating model in accordance to SLA – Partner with key stakeholders to ensure deliveryLead regional and support global data maintenance activitiesEnsure process efficiencies and improved quality as per business caseManage and escalate issues impacting data maintenanceManage and develop the group of resources that person will be leadingStatus and metrics update to seniors in FinanceQualifications:6-10 years of relevant experience in Citi's Ledger platforms and managing a teamUtilize comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within Finance and how they interact in order to achieve the goals of the Finance departmentHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Proven organization and time management skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredAdvanced EnglishJob Family Group: FinanceJob Family: Financial AccountingTime Type: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
