**Responsibilities**:- HSSE Support for the Mexico O&M-MIP;**Required Skills / Knowledge**:- Ability to deal with complex safety situations is required.- Preferred skills in customer-focused Service Excellence such as data-driven, continuous improvement, process improvement, lean 6 sigma, root cause analysis,
and change management.- Ability to deal with complex safety situations is required.- Have good oral and written communication skills.- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.- Have demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.- Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.- Have established project management skills**Experience**:- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting in HSSE at least one power plant is required for this position.
