Manage schedules, correspondence and basic documentation. Maintain office supplies and ensure a wellorganized workspace. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and travel. Facilitate communication between departments and external partners. Support team activities and interdepartmental projects. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure that administrative activities follow company policies and regulations.
