**What will you be doing?**
- This role will be responsible for providing ChaRM/Retrofit support and enabling approved functionalities for the PGT SAP solution
**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**
- Provide Change and Transport Management input andknowledge to Release Management, Basis, Security,Upgrade teams and Change owners
- Communication to all stakeholders/Change Owners
- Maintain ChaRM/Retrofit Config
- Create & update project solution documents (FSDs,diagrams, test plans, etc.)
- Work with ABAP resources to align technical specificationsto functional requirements
- Adheres to PepsiCo’s controls, processes and standards
- Get guidance from global teams for standards and direction
- Provides outstanding customer service to direct andindirect change owners
