You support our team as
Sales Coordinator (f/m/d)
**Responsibilities**:
Coordination and distribution of Sales Reports for all of Sales Management (Sales Directors, District Managers), and Territory Managers to include: Monthly Order Intake (OI) to Annual Budget.
CYTD vs. PYTD.




Monthly sales order verification for commissions due for EagleBurgmann Agent‘s.
General sales report requests from the sales team and management, i.e. Product, Customer, Industry, etc.
**Sales 2-Month Forecast of Order Intake**: Consolidate and prepare monthly Sales Order Intake forecast by 3rd day of each month for Sales Management and Finance.
Measure variance of Actual to Forecast by salesman.
**Annual Sales Order Intake Budget Process**: Coordinate & Prepare template for Sales Management to create annual Sales Budget targets for sales team.By Manager, Individual Salesman, Channel (Aftermarket, FirstFit, Expansion Joint).
Annual Business Review AuditsSupport Finance in gathering documentation requested by Auditors to fulfill the audit review.




Sales LeadsCoordinate with marketing and sales the importing and management of LEADs into C4C.
Car Allowance Program -coordinate and manage drivers on either the EagleBurgmann or External Vendor FAVR car allowance program.Coordinate with EB Human Resources the enrollment & termination of drivers.
Submit annual mileage reports to Sales Management.
Review annual FAVR Mileage Band history for adherence to Business Mileage requirements.
Business Review Meeting (BRM) - coordinate & collect the EBUS Sales data required for the quarterly BAA BRM meetings, to include Orders Won, Lost, Opportunities, Competition Intelligence, etc and submit to Sr. Management for review.
Profitable Aftermarket Growth (PAG) -coordinate & collect the PAG Initiative results and update the presenation to include EBUS‘ status of completion, major results since prior meeting,



open issues / risks and major next steps until the next quarter’s meeting.
Coordinate the ordering of business cards for the sales team.
Support continuous improvement projects and processes changes to streamline sales reporting in C4C with Dashboards & Reports.
Develop strong relationships with sales personnel and internal/external customers.. Create a strong foundation based on trust through, strong communication, early, frequent and accurate updates.
Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the other team members ouside of the sales department.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor´s degree in Commerce, sales or related field.
Fluent English.
Availability to travel (Valid VISA and Passport).
Experience with SAP C4C, CRM, AND ERP.
