PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by PI Support on production site (PI logistic, FM Coordinator)
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key accountabilities:
- Carry out troubleshooting during PI period as well as Pre-warranty & Commissioning (and Validation & Certification if applicable), including investigation and repair
- Support customer site set-up in terms of special tools, consignment stock,...
- Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
- Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
- Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
- Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
- Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in back-charging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial (“Internal Graduation” (“cadre interne” in F) acceptable
- Internal EHS training
- English
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Desirable)
- Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics
- Field Experience
- Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
- Team management
- General Railway and Product knowledge
- Railway safety
- EHS knowledge and exposure
- Customer contact
- RAM (Desirable)
- Problem Solving skills (Desirable)
- Data analytics (Defect Management system) (Desirable)
