**Description**:
**Purpose**
**Essential Duties**
- **Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing and ancillary systems.**
- **Will manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations**
- **Provide second-level support for Global internal teams as it relates to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing and ancillary systems.**
- **Will provide assistance in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes**
- **Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.**




- **Will be available to provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System**
**Other Duties**
- **Will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered in a timely manner**
- **Will drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources**
**Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in lieu of education**
- **Typically Minimum 2 years Relevant Experience**
- **IT or Business related study**
- **Able to work days, Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM.**
- **Must be available for 24/7 On-Call production support.**
- **Google Suite experience**
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Demonstrated ability working in a high volume, high availability environment**
- **Merchant Accounting System (MAS) knowledge**
