**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Toluca Vesta Distribution Center, you will be responsible for comply the requirements of internal and external employees about of maintenance services to machinery, equipment, or facilities,
as well the correct management to projects for distribution center.
- Responsible to administer the resources and the personnel that execute the maintenance services preventive and corrective for facilities_
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:
- Coordinate the inspections of the fire system
- Review the daily reading log
- Execute work orders and supervise the work of contractor.
- Budget administration.
- Compliance of SAAYS
- Audits participation (internals and externals)
- Project Development
- Management of work plans
- Coordinates the purchase of raw materials for the area.
- Responsible for the billing of purchase of materials and services corresponding to maintenance
- Coordinate inventory levels as well as their reliability.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Industrial Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or related
- 2 years of experience in similar position
- Leadership
- Knowledge in continuous improvement
