**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our CDMX location in the Pharmaceutical Division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Being an integral part of the marketing team to maximize brand performance, drive profitability and growth, and launch new products.
- Participates in brand strategy discussions to shape the development & execution of the annual brand plans
- Works collaboratively with the marketing team to execute digital & social programming, packaging & collateral updates and promotions
- Helps to synthesize into key insights for business in order to develop strategies accordingly to market conditions
- Develop and implement action plans for the appropriate management of secondary brands of the division
- Support Senior Manager in programs and/or activities of his/her brand(s) within the assigned portfolio
- Guarantee that sales reps have the necessary tools for their promotion as planned
- Accurate management of the P&L; of the secondary brand(s) assigned to him/her
- Establish an adequate diagnosis of the situation of the brand(s) under his/her responsibility integrating all the relevant aspects of the business (prescriptions, sell in, sell, out, internal sales, competitors, new products, etc)
- Continuous review of market trends and variables in order to predict possible market changes
- Understands and controls the P&L; of the secondary brand(s)
assigned to him/her in order to maximize financial results of the organization
- Develop and distributes promotional materials to generate demand of the secondary brands of the organization assigned to him/her.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or business administration or in any related field.
- Sales Representative experience (A year mandatory)
- Experience managing brands
- Experience in digital department (desirable)
- Advanced English (required)
- Analytic capabilities
- Teamwork
- Ability to interact with KOLs, medical associations and wholesalers
- Creative thinking
- Planning skills
