The position
We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as a Import-Export Specialist. To consider this role you must be located in Monterrey, Mexico. We are looking for a highly-skilled, mission-driven individual with boundless drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation.

**Responsibilities**:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the overall creation, development, and maintenance of the supply chain management, to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction while coordinating the personnel and processes to achieve production distribution and raw materials arrival.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- To plan and manage logistics, warehouse, commercial inspection, and customer services.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and retailers.
- Comply with import/export and tax law regulations
- To arrange order shipment, track cargo information
- Communicate with STAFF members to comply with production demands.
- Compliance for IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO
- Logistics data analysis to plan and achieve cost optimization.
- Management and control of inventory systems for Annex 24 and 30

English C1 or B2+
+4 years of import/export experience being familiar with operation process and related regulations and policies of Mexico Ports (all transportation)
IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO knowledge
SAP
SAT regulations
Data Analysis
Master's Degree in International Trade or Logistics is a plus.
Annex 24 & 30
Experience in the automotive industry or similar
