Team Overview:
Join Didi's Grocery Operations Empowerment team as a Junior Analyst and explore a world of exciting opportunities! Collaborate with a dynamic team focused on managing shoppers, card transactions, and optimizing bag usage. Work alongside passionate professionals, gaining valuable experience in Didi's fast-paced grocery operations environment. You will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with stakeholders in China and in an intercultural and dynamic environment such as Didi.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at improving the shopper experience.
- Support the development and implementation of efficient shopper management strategies.
- Participate in projects related to card activation, payment processes, and issue troubleshooting.
- Assist in optimizing bag management to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Attend meetings and contribute innovative ideas to advance the team's goals.
- Assist in creating and updating process documentation.
Impact on Growth:
- This role contributes significantly to enhancing the efficiency of grocery operations, directly supporting team and company growth. The Junior Analyst will play an active role in day-to-day activities, supporting key projects in shopper management, card transactions, and overall operations. Collaborative efforts in process optimization directly contribute to Didi's ability to deliver exceptional grocery services.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree program in Business, Operations,Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred previous internship or relevant work experience in a similar field or e-commerce, retail, and operations industry is beneficial.
- Previous experience managing KPIs.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. (Advance Excel, Nice to have: SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Advance English is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical ,communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Basic understanding of card transactions and payment processes.
