Position: Business Sales Development
Location: Remote (Mexico-based)

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator with expert-level English skills to join our team and drive our growth by building strong connections with property managers and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and connect with potential clients, to generate new business opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and engaging interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular progress reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in creating tailored proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Expert-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding targets.
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
