Team Overview:
**We're looking for our next Performance Marketing Sr Analyst**:

Role Responsibilities:
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and execute performance paid media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives and channel goals.
- ** Performance Optimization**: Analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, audience research and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI and KPIs.
- ** Budget Management**:
Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across Meta and TikTok.
- ** Reporting & Insights**: Track campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- ** Staying Ahead of the Curve**: Stay current on industry trends, explore new platforms and targeting options, and recommend innovative paid media strategies.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (creatives, business and data) to ensure paid media efforts are aligned and contribute to broader company goals.
Role Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a paid media specialist or channel manager role, with a focus on performance marketing in one of the following advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Amazon
- Intermediate knowledge of social paid media platforms (Meta and TikTok are the main players. X, Snapchat and Kwai are good to have). Also, knowledge of channel management tools is a plus, not a requirement (Smartly, Skai or Pixis ).
- Proven ability to develop and execute performance-oriented campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum return.
- Good communication and presentation skills to share channel performance and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into effective paid media strategies.
- A passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving paid media landscape.
**A plus, but not requirements**:
- Understanding of marketing attribution models and MMP platforms (Appsflyer, Firebase, or others).
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and Google.
