**INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE)**
As an Inside Sales Representative your objective will be to contribute to the growth and transformation of the Canadian fintech industry through effective lead management and the promotion of our innovative cross-border banking services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand prospects' requirements.
- Provide information on products/services to assist prospects in decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences.
- Shape the future of Canadian fintech with a key role in our transformative mission.
- Drive data strategies and initiatives, contributing significantly to our growth trajectory.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in **tech and B2B environment.**:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in **Hubspot and other sales tools.**:
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
