We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, for Lead warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy and being responsible of the production schedule execution.
Main requirements:
- 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ to 2 years of experience in inventory and warehouses management.
- Knowledge of Office Package.
- PC and Net Suite System Management.
- Regulations applicable on warehousing and inventories.
- Sense of urgency.
- Service attitude.
- Adaptable to changes.
- Teamwork.
Some activities:
- Responsible for the Inventory Control physically and in the MRP
- Forklift and Indirect (union) warehouse team management.
- Assure the supply of the raw material to accomplish the production schedule.
- Generate timely and accurate information necessary for the measurement of process indicators.
- Ensure the transfer of materials between BINS and locations inside the warehouse.
- Responsible for the month end (work orders fix and close)
- Responsible for the equipment assigned (scanners, forklifts, etc.)
- Responsible for the FIFO on the warehouses.
- Execute cyclic counts program.
