**Job Posting Title**:Product Manager - Mexico Games Sales**Summary**:**This role is located in Mexico City, MX.The Product Manager - Mexico, Games Sales is responsible for supporting the Latin American commercial release strategies to meet Outright Sale Plan targets.
This position will work closely with various teams (sales, development, finance, supply chain, service techs, etc.)
to plan structured product releases to optimize the portfolio in the market through (but not limited to) creating launch plans, tracking, and communicating progress against targets, and overseeing the execution of commercial programs.The Product Manager will be responsible for representing the company's products & services, driving strategic initiatives,
and delivering on portfolio performance targets.
**What You'll Do**:- Drive commercial release planning process and create strategy communications- Report on market and industry trends and support strategic planning initiatives- Proactively analyse and identify product optimization opportunities based on sales or market data- Closely manage the fleet to include product deployment funnel, growth opportunities, conversions, removals, forecasting, yield, product penetration- Works with development teams to ensure product meets market needs and regulatory requirements- Works with analytics team to review game performance and create/adjust product strategies- Works closely with Technical Compliance to ensure submissions are being prioritized to meet strategic and financial needs- Drive commercial programs to ensure KPI's are being met and customer expectations and commitments are being followed through- Participate in all Games Sales product and execution meetings; collaborate with the broader team to understand performance gaps and drive strategic solutions- Proactively look for opportunities to improve internal Game Sales processes and communications with commercial and external teams- This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate**What We're Looking For**:- Position requires a bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience in the LATAM gaming industry- Knowledge of gaming industry's legal rules and guidelines for LATAM- Bilingual English/Spanish; must be fluent- ProjectManagement experience highlighting strong problem solving, written and verbal communications, conflict resolution, leading teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Creative problem solver that can provide solutions to challenges and roadblocks**Why Aristocrat?
