We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator with expert-level English skills to join our team and drive our growth by building strong connections with property managers and other key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Research, identify, and connect with potential clients, to generate new business opportunities.- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients,
ensuring a professional and engaging interaction.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular progress reports.- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.- Assist in creating tailored proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for prospective clients.Qualifications:- Expert-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding targets.
