account teams and internal support teams.- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with GSDC and other supporting teams.- Responsible for supporting existing accounts with their order and quoting needs that would not be supported by the GSDC teams.- Oversight to GSDC Adoption, Utilization and Quality.- Support setup and onboarding as needed.- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with GSDC and other supporting teams.- Facilitate the credit and rebill process with the GSDC and supporting departments.- Support Backoffice Finance reports.What we need to see from you:**Key knowledge / experience**- Bachelor's Degree from four year college or university preferred.- Operational Background.- Worked on IT business before, preferably as Inside Sales, Sales - Operations Support, or similar.- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**Your Language Skill**Written and verbal English Skill is a plus.
**Your personality and soft skills**- Disciplined.- Multi-tasking.- Excellent Organization Skills.- Highly motivated and results oriented.- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.LI-FH1
