****Job Description**:Sr. Director Business Planning & DevelopmentKey role in the Merchant and Acquirer Sales and Solutions' LAC team (MS&A-LAC;), partnering closely with the Head of MS&A; of LAC and Leadership Team.
This role is responsible for providing strategic business analysis and input to the development and execution of the business strategy across the region, which addresses,1.
Developing a robust coverage and acceptance of electronic payments in key LAC markets2.
Growing Visa share of business on Key MerchantsThis position is also charged with streamlining and tracking execution, increasing efficiency, ensuring alignment to global and regional strategy and objectives, supporting macro-level initiatives, scorecards, NPS approach, customer needs assessments, and other business planning activities (e.G.
BPO) and specific strategic initiatives,
in partnership with regional and global teams as needed.This individual will be a key participant of the MS&A-LAC; Leadership Teams and is the main contact point with the Global MS&A; and the LAC regional teams.Responsibilities/Key Results- Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Business Strategy and Annual Plans.
Lead the MS&A; LAC planning cycle (strategy, budget, goal setting and performance tracking), aligned with the GMS&A; and regional processes- Development and use of reporting tools to manage and monitor MS&A; LAC performance (aggregated and by market) on a regular basis (weekly, monthly or quarterly)
