**Position Overview**We are looking for someone who provides administrative, legal, and research support to lawyers.
You will be working with USA veterans as main clients of this firm.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions, generally under the direct supervision of an attorney.
They also manage the attorney's schedule and coordinate with clients and other professionals, as well as conduct legal research, and interact with clients.
Ultimately,
Legal Assistants help the attorney simplify the process of completing the tasks at hand.
**Qualifications**:- Fully Bilingual - Fluent in speaking, writing and reading **English C2**:- **In Office position - Live in Guadalajara.
**:- 6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.
)- Experience in sales and customer service is a must.- High School Diploma.- Unfinished degrees are welcome too!- Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.
**Activities**:- Administrative tasks- Legal Documentation Assistance.
