Product Manager who will lead efforts to shape, define, and develop CX features that make Amazon the destination of shopping across Consumables verticals.
You will work directly with UX,
business and across product families to deliver the best experiences for customers.Key job responsibilities- Define a clear vision and roadmap for CX features in coordination with our tech partners.- Partner and influence cross functionally to drive innovative features that are meaningful and impactful to customers.- Assess benefit and impact of new features and deliver without compromising long-term thinking.- Passionately advocate for the customer, integrate strong and clear analysis, as well as business rationale to make sound decisions.- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships, including work prioritization, planning, and delivery.- Strong bias for action with an ability to iterate and operate in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
