**Responsibilities**:
**PMF MBS Senior Analyst (BPC Cost to Serve)**
**Main Purpose**:
The PMF MBS Senior Analyst (BPC Cost to Serve) will be responsible for driving the data analytics agenda for Mexico Foods business through effective collaboration with cross functional partners.
The scope includes overseeing and leading enhancements of one key financial tools in PMF: Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
Also, the role is responsible of delivering in a monthly basis the P&L; financial cubes or tools to the finance team with multiple attributes dimensions like: route type, region, branda and customer.
As a PMF MBS Senior Analyst, you will be interacting with the PMF finance team, understanding the main needs regarding the profitability tools, P&L; allocations and how they can be improved.
This role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, ownership & analytical acumen.
**Accountabilities**:
- Support and drive Mexico Foods data analytics agenda - ability to create useful visualizations through BPC & other reporting Technologies to drive business performance.
- Lead and execute customer and product maintenance/improvements related activities in BPC.
- Perform data quality analytics system health and process mapping.
- Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared objectives.
- Liaison between Control, BU Finance, FP&A; & Sales Finance functions to ensure requirements are met and scope delivered on time.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years prior experience with Planning/Forecasting and/or strong analytical skills,
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics or engineering with high level of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Financial acumen, and strong FP&A; skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon
- Good understanding of business processes related to financial planning and control
- Able to work independently and takes initiative
- Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
- Team work oriented
