highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.
As an **Assistant Property Manager**, some of your main activities will be:
- Oversee all matters related to the function of property within a community, i.e., maintenance and security of the community.
- Oversee Association Staff and Vendors
- Perform, direct administrative and management duties, as requested by the Board of Directors or homeowner in accordance with the management agreement.
- Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents, in executing the established policies and conveying resident grievances.
- Attend Board of Directors meetings or Owner meetings and record detailed notes.
- Prepare and review periodic financial reports and ensure a management summary is submitted.
- Prepare Board or Owner packets according to established time frames.
- Maintain database, including updating resident information.
- Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the association.
- As necessary, assist the Board of Directors with the architectural review process and/or routine inspections.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday to Friday
- Regular Schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time
- Daylight Saving: 09:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time

**Requirements**:
- **MUST:
Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)**:
- 3 years of experience overseeing staff, project management, and administrative tasks.
- Prior experience dealing with condominiums or property management is a plus.
- Abilities to understand association rules and formal/legal documents.
