- Description & RequirementsProvides support assistance to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of SyteLine product.
Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer.
Communicate customer feedback to appropriate product development area.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer.
- Respond to customer queries by utilizing product knowledge and/or resource tools to research, follow-up, ensure appropriate escalation if applicable and document resolution details.
- Assist customers with completing transactions,
while understanding their specific requirements.
- Communicate with partners and various departments within our organization to ensure an integrated approach to managing our customers' relationships.
- Administer customer training on various functions.
Documents incidents in required tracking systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior experience working directly with or within a finance or accounting department with an understanding of basic finance and accounting practices.
- Prior customer management experience.
- Full proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior customer support experience.
