****Purpose**:Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing suppliers for all the products and services assigned.
Furthermore, he/she is responsible for the identification and evaluation of purchasing strategies that present benefits for the company in price, quality and delivery.Performs all these purchasing activities in compliance with the corresponding regulations.If CSS Position: This position will have responsibilities across ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Companies Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies)



including a span of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics.
**You will be responsible for**:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Leads a category or sub-category of expense assigned within the business.- Analyzes the expenditure of the assigned category, the suppliers, and their segmentation, to improve the supply chain and influence the supplier base.- Recommends standardization methods of products and services to generate economies of scale.- Monitors and compares the industry information,



price and best practices for the category assigned.- Maintains effective communication and manages the relationship with key suppliers using the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) tools.- Develops the capacities of the suppliers by seeking better prices, quality, and delivery
