Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Relationship Manager will independently analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between the information technology development group and business units to develop and implement new systems and enhance existing systems.
The scope of this role is focused on the Business Operations & Supply Chain group in Cargill's Agriculture Enterprise (CASC).
Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute on process, data, and technology strategies for CASC businesses in the domains of Smart Manufacturing and Intelligent Supply Chain.
Track and analyze requests for a moderately complex function related to process, data and technology.
Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
Independently evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements to recommend appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Manufacturing Operations Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems
Experience with influencing stakeholders across Information Technology, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Experience with portfolio management/demand shaping, including: business value definition, prioritization, financial planning, and budget management
Experience with agricultural/food supply chain operations
Knowledge of IT/OT integration, IOT, Smart Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0
