The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for:Data Analysis & VisualizationReport CreationScenario / Requirements Gathering & AnalysisConnector creation and data transformation in alignment with Unilever best practices and standardsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDQualifications include:Certification through Trainings and Courses related to Data Visualization and ManagementBachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Engineering, or related fieldsExperience in Analytics or Visualization fieldsProjects in Data acquisition, data storage, data management,
and visualizationExperience showcasing analytics resultsExperiences & QualificationsDevelop Power BI visualizationsFluent in Data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data ecosystemFluent in DAX language to create KPIs within reports and visualizationsResponsible end-to-end for visualization and data management requirements to guarantee timelines and assertive communication with stakeholdersPromote a data-driven culture with team activities such as trainings and emails to expand understanding and utilization of dashboard visualizations or analytical solutionsEstablish governance and Ways of Working with teams across the organization to ensure correct delivery of reports and visualizations in a timely mannerDrive business action based on the analysis createdWork with teams across the company and externally to build and/or deliver a variety of analytical solutions to support critical business decisionsCollaborate with business teams to identify and design solutions through an analytical and visualization lensCommunicate analytical results to key non-technical stakeholders to gain their buy-in and sponsorshipProvide analytical methodologies to understand and address key business questions and problem statementsImplement new data and analytic products, and identify enhancements in current solutionsWilling to download data from external data sourcesSkillsAzurePower BIDAXExcelPower QueryLeadershipPersonal Mastery, Agility, Passion for High-PerformanceUnilever is an organization committed to equity, inclusion, and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
