**What you'll be doing - Te whakamahere**- An exciting opportunity now exists within our Mexico City based team for a proven international Business Development Manager (BDM), who can coach and guide businesses to commercial success in the Mexico, Central American and the Caribbean markets, with a dedicated focus on growing customers in the Mining, Oil & Gas,
and Manufacturing industries.You will use your keen business acumen and agility to leverage your existing commercial relationships to proactively support our customers already in or looking to enter market to, with the aim of converting opportunities into value.
You will support customers to create and execute their growth plans and play a key role in evaluating the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our customers in comparison to their competitors, and then assist them in shaping and reshaping their strategies and business models to help them succeed.You will also provide insight on the realities of the market through expert market research and analysis, identifying and providing introductions to strategic relationships and potential in-market partners,
helping develop new channels to market and identifying and building potential growth opportunities.
There will be many opportunities to work as part of our wider Latin America (LATAM) team, involved in projects that will see you work across and with different offices
