This team is responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnership cross-functionally across internal teams.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join the Sales Operations Team within the high-performing and extremely nimble Global Business Solutions (Monetization) team.
This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross-functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team.What You Will Do- Manage all aspects of revenue opportunities across all TikTok products, including inventory, forecasting, pricing and facilitation of booking.- Evaluate existing pricing practices and methodologies and look at opportunities for improvement and standardization.- Manage pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for all clients - this includes reviewing pricing submissions to ensure accuracy and financially sound pricing.- Partner with various internal teams, including Product/Operations/Sales/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic partnerships, clients and opportunities.- Help in developing various rate card options/database across both accounts and agencies,
and across all ad products that incentivizes growth.- Working with Management and Leadership Teams in maintaining sales pipeline for accuracy and holistic data integrity.- Managing and tracking Sales Team quotas while also taking into account specific client lists and tracking agency/account shifts or splits.- Preparing and tracking quarterly commission plan payments for all Global Business Solution team members.- Ad-hoc reporting requests.- 4+ years experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, or related fields.- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.
), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.)
and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.
