The Manager, Media Technology & Reporting supports leading a growing team of digital marketing technology experts on the various end to end implementations of media technology tagging, tracking, site analytics, and other marketing technology technical solutions.
You and your team are primarily accountable for providing first-touch support to resolve client's issues and questions through multiple channels, for onboarding new clients, and for serving as a leader on projects and initiatives to support client's tracking requirements in order to meet or exceed their expectations on behalf of the company.
Additionally, you will become an expert in how to setup and maintain Rise's proprietary Connex platform to enable our Client Services team to drive performance and growth for our amazing portfolio of clients.
When you and your team are not helping our clients or other Rise teams, you are helping the rest of the Innovation team with core projects,



or tapping into your endless quest for knowledge by researching new technologies and management approaches that will benefit the entire company.
**How you will spend your time**
- Lead tagging, tracking, and site analytics implementation project work with support of the team to meet client expectations
- Manage service offerings between the Media, Analytics, Account, and Innovation teams to ensure proper onboarding into the internal analytics platform.
- Develop operational training materials and knowledge articles, in collaboration with the product management and account management teams, through a variety of media.
- Support team, and participate when needed, to provide timely resolution of inbound ticket requests from stakeholders using top-notch problem-solving, troubleshooting,



and root cause analysis techniques.
- Manage the team and assist new client onboarding projects to ensure they are set up for long-term success by creating a solid media technology foundation.
- Become an expert in using and troubleshooting Rise's proprietary internal analytics platform.
- Provide feedback for the development of timeline schedules for media launches
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve analytic systems and processes.
- Identify data quality issues, sensitive data integrity, navigate multiple data sources, and work to resolve data quality issues.
- Ensure that all tagging specs/code are properly implemented and new technologies deployed are understood to ensure the integrity of the tag data being collected
- Identify areas to improve Media efficiencies helping create proof-of-concept tools and utilities




- Determine cross-channel measurement needs to ensure proper tracking of campaign performance
- Identify areas of improvement for the client's technology stack and create proposals to adjust
- Manage integrations with relevant offline conversion APIs across all media platforms
- Manage integrations with client's mobile apps and mobile app tracking platforms (SDKs) to ensure attribution
- Explore and vet technologies to be added to Rise's client offerings relevant to media initiatives
- Lead tagging, tracking and media technology discovery calls during onboarding process
- Mentor international team with varying levels technical experience
- Review new technologies and discuss with internal stakeholders their relevance or impact to existing media platform stacks




- Monitor time tracking for utilization and billability metrics to ensure team is executed at the expected capacity allowing for timely delivery of inbound work from our clients.
- Hire, coach, train, and mentor media technology teammates by sharing product knowledge and experience and by providing timely coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop S.M.A.R.T.
goals to hold the team accountable with clear and tangible expectations
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
**We'd Like To Talk To You If You Have**
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 3+ years experience managing direct reports or teams responsible for marketing technology implementations and integrations
