**:The HR Operations Specialist performs day to day HR transactions for one or several assigned Service Line(s) / Country(ies), handling also complex and escalated tasks.
He/she is held accountable for the end-to-end operations,



delivering high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets.
The HR Operations Specialist ensures a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions.
He/she supports the globally set standards for GBS HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office.
**This position reports to**:HR Front Office Lead**Your responsibilities**:- Perform end-to-end activities of the payroll process.- Assisting, coaching, and leading less-experienced staff, to enable them to reach their potential.- Identifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects.- Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption.- Preparing reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists.- Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and providing reports where required.
**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or Business.- 5 years of experience in Payroll.- Expert in the payroll process and obligations derived from the payroll such as the SUA, INFONAVIT, local contributions and account reconciliation.- Strong knowledge of Excel.- Desirable knowledge in SAP, ServiceNow or similar.- Intermediate level of English.
