The primary function of this position is to assist the Business Development Manager with all processes necessary to attract new business and then convert and onboard them as clients.
Responsible for administrative tasks associated with sales lead management, contract preparation, and client onboarding.
Makes suggestions to improve operations and procedures.
Assists the Business Development Manager as necessary.
Participates in marketing, prospecting, lead generation activities and projects.
**Responsibilities**- Answer phones, handle new client inquiries, direct and schedule calls as necessary- Enter new leads into CRM, provide follow-up on daily CRM tasks,
keep sales pipeline organized- Generate Property Management Agreements and Addendums, send for signatures- Collect onboarding info for new clients, follow up on missing information, organize incoming information- Maintain onboarding checklists and workflows for new properties, process information and input into management software- Coordinate owner and property onboarding tasks interdepartmentally- Research property information and generate reports from company MLS account- Perform comparative market/rent analysis on properties- Participate in the creation of social media, marketing materials, videos, scripts, posts, and other activities related to marketing and lead generation- Make outgoing calls to perspective clients and leads within out own pipeline**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.- Experienced in developing and implementing highly effective BD initiatives.- Ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships- Proven experience with CRM systems- Strong analytical skills and communication skills- Experience in Property Management consider a plus**Results**:A successful Assistant BDM will create consistency across all new business activities.
They will help to create and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective leads, and they will help to convert and onboard them quickly and efficiently.
They will be able to work with members of all departments to ensure owner and property onboarding go smoothly.
They will be able to speak to new people and provide them with the information and sense of confidence necessary to become new clients.
**Salary**: $21,900.00 - $25,900.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- BD: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English fluetly (required)
