The mission of Aftersales Business Intelligence Analyst is to develop various reports and visualizations in Tableau to support specified client groups within the business function.

Job Responsibilities

- Create and design technical solutions to meet business needs by translating end user’s requirements and developing innovative and creative visualizations and tools. Must be capable of strategizing and brainstorming with the team to create a viable solution.




- Provide insights to the business and drive key learnings and recommendations using available internal and external data.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of advanced reporting, analytics dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using SQL, Python, Informatica Prep, Snowflake, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects. Extract, validate, and analyze desired data using the aforementioned data extraction tools.
- Conduct end user tests and develop database queries to analyze analytics and reporting deliverables. Capable of participating in the ongoing iterative development process of the team’s projects.
- Participate in gathering requirements to improve existing systems from teams within the business to streamline workflow and processes.
- Document processes and terms in an electronic data glossary.
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design by accessing/leveraging multiple data sources to achieve end user deliverables.




- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects while working both independently and effectively in teams.
- As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Analytics, or Business Technology. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

- 5+ years of directly related professional-level experience required. Business, Aftersales, Purchasing, or Marketing experience is preferred. Technical automotive parts experience beneficial.
- Experienced in the development of Performance Scorecard/KPI related dashboards related to data-driven business analysis.
- Experience in designing effective data models, trend forecasts, and data analytics visualizations.
- Proficiency in Snow SQL / Python required.




- Relational database modeling fundamentals required. Ability to create and analyze complex business calculations to synthesize data insights. Experienced with ETL Self-Service Applications desired. Web Development is a plus.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau required.

Language: Advanced English

ETL and Data Visualization Skills: Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, and Snowflake.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

- Advanced analytical skills.
- Advanced ETL capabilities using SQL, Snow SQL, and/or Python to data mine Aftersales business insights and create data pipelines to support business use-case execution.
- Intermediate to advanced data visualization development skills (i.e., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.





Specific Course/Certifications:

- Intermediate knowledge of data-related end-user desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient with Tableau, Snowflake, and other visualization/big data environment applications to resolve complex problems in day-to-day situations.
- Technical and/or programming experience preferred.
