**HR Service Delivery Analyst - Latin America****(Assoc.
Spclst, Shared Svcs HR)****Position Overview**:**The Analyst will provide HR support to internal Organon 'customers' in Mexico and other Latin American countries with a strong focus on customer care and positive employee experience**.
**Customers may include employees, managers, HR generalists, and other HR stakeholders.
The Analyst will provide 'Tier 2' support in resolving escalated inquiries and complex transaction requests from our 'Tier 1' HR Support center, as well as being a key resource overseeing various Latin American country-specific processes and employment requirements for our Organon employee population.
**Responsibilities & Activities include (but not limited to)**:- Utilize HR case management and knowledge management system "ServiceNow" to obtain resolutions and document/track cases.- Research and analyze data and information, navigate multiple systems, resources and tools to investigate and provide accurate answers; contribute to HR knowledge base to improve client resolution.- Support the Employee Lifecycle Processes (document creation, hiring/onboarding process administration, benefits administration, payroll submission and reporting) and ensure compliance with local country/union/ employment requirements and regulations; engage with fellow support functions and service providers as needed- Tier 2 support: handle escalations from HR Support Center and provide market related information to HR Support Center upon request, e.G.
interpretation of policies- Liaise with fellow LATAM-Brazil Analyst to support LATAM Cluster countries with HR Service Delivery and HR operational items; serve as back-up for fellow Analyst across all LATAM HR support activities- Involvement in regional Service Delivery activities (e.G.
projects, regional operational tasks, support for other markets) including:**Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher**Competencies/Skills/Knowledge Required**- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)- At least two years of related work experience, e.G
