You'll provide exceptional support in credit and collections, helping users with account statements and payment dates.
Your role is vital in resolving inquiries and complaints!

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM,



and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Enjoy two days off a week!
**Training Details**:
Starts on October 28, with the first payment on November 15.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Get ready for 59 days of valuable training!
**Requirements**:

- Completed high school diploma with certificate
- 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or collections in a BILINGUAL CALL CENTER
- English C1 (in progress)
- Maximum commute time of 60 minutes
- Maximum transportation cost: $50
