**Title: End User Support Analyst**

**Mode: Contract**

**Duration : 6 -12 Months Contract + Possible Extension (Depending On business needs)**

**Industry Type: Oilfield**

**Location : Mexico City**

**Working a 12hr shift for a 14 ON/7 Off OR a 7On/7 Off period**.
- Client is looking is currently hiring an **End User Support Analyst**, This is an office-based position with **12-hour rotation shift**.
You will be responsible for monitoring real-time drilling and wireline data, incident management, and data quality assurance.
It demands the highest level of **customer service** to internal and external customers and will challenge your ability to perform in a high-paced environment.




Member will be provided goals which must be met on a monthly basis to continue employment.
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- **Troubleshooting of incidents and escalation**:

- Help maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicate and facilitate continuous improvement
- Work with regional and global teams to ensure resilience of service and information security
- Additional projects as assigned by Services Center Manager or Group Lead

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Science or Engineering
- 1-2 years of oilfield operational experience
- **Customer Service or IT experience**:

- Knowledge of incident management systems
- Ability to facilitate multi-cultural, multi-location teams
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Self-directed, goal oriented and innovative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and experienced in working with strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to develop and grow in knowledge and experience




- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Support: 2 years (required)
- Incident Management: 2 years (required)
- Oilfield: 2 years (preferred)
- ITIL: 1 year (preferred)
- ServiceNow: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
