The **Data & AI Architect for IBM **will focus on the leverage of the IBM IT solutions within the Latin America Region using the technical and communications skills to enable and influence IBM business partners and its customers.
You will be part of a team of TD SYNNEX architects whose mission is to technically support business initiatives of IBM resellers in Latin America, in addition to promoting IBM solutions for its ecosystem associated with TD SYNNEX and for the IT market, in a general way.
Connected to a wider team, you'll be surrounded by other leaders and colleagues who are always willing to help and be helped for creating and delivering technical proof points through technical accelerators, to include demonstrations,



Proof-of-Concepts, Solution Design, Proposals, MVPs definitions and Workshops.
Data & AI Architects cover all stages of the AI solution lifecycle from Data Engineering to Train, Validate, Tune, Deploy, AI

Operations, and AI Governance to create a trusted end-to-end AI solution.

**What You'll Do**:

- Engage in developing and deploying Data & AI systems to solve real world business problems in a wide array of industries around the globe using IBM watsonx and Data platform.
- Provide technical solutions expertise to customers and their end users in a consultative sales environment.
- Develop complete solutions to meet the requirements/specifications of the customer.
- Maintain new and current technical expertise across Data & AI technologies.
- Provide internal and external technical presentations and training.
- Act as a visionary for recommending strategic vendors to enhance TD SYNNEX's line card.




- Work with sales to identify new or existing customers for specific technologies (Data & AI).
- Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards.
**What We're Looking For**:

**Experience and knowledge**:

- College Degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
- 3+ years of proven experience working as pre-sales specialist or IT Architect.
- Proven leadership experience in understanding and presenting the value proposition of IT solutions and products.
- Experience working with hybrid multicloud environments.




- Knowledge of the IT infrastructure alternatives with servers, virtual machines, and containers.
- Good understanding of the multicloud environment concept.
- Understanding of key concepts in the Foundation Models literature and expertise in building and deploying them for real-world examples.
- Ability to identify fundamental problems from real-world cloud use cases and to design, build and validate successful AI solutions.
- Breath about Analytics and Data Science.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Good on working with heterogeneous and dynamic teams.
- Good communications skills on English, (Portuguese will be a plus).
**Good to Have (experience)**:





- Work experience on an enterprise product vendor like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
- Experience with the IT solution sizing and pricing process.
- Good knowledge about cloud solutions and its adoptions.
- Good understand of IT containers platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Knowledge of IBM Cloud Paks products.
- Fine Tuning pre-trained Foundation Models and assisting different stakeholders with analysis and implementation.
- business queries.
- Three years or more with the IT data management design and implementation process (integrate, centralize, protect, and maintain)
- Experience with data modeling, data policies development, data strategy and data warehousing.
**Other Education / Certifications**:

- IBM Watson, Cloud Paks, IBM Applied AI Professional desired.
